Tilloo Pond is one of the newest (completed in Dec. '2004) and most luxurious retreats in the Bahamas' Abaco region. Nestled on 11 acres of the private island of Tilloo Cay it offers spectacular vies of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. A distinctive property, it provides the perfect setting for couple getaways and business retreats.
Tilloo Cay is amongst several islands that offer a variety of recreation, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Indeed, many visitors feel that the Abaco region is the most beautiful in the entire Caribbean.
Guests first fly to Marsh Harbor, Abaco Airport and then take a cab to the dock where they are whisked via private, complementary boat to the island.
The villa offers distinctive and stylish living. The interiors offer a delightful mixture of gleaming polished hardwood floors as well as cool
tiled floors. The main living areas have rich, warm mahogany beams and the
kitchen features rich wooden cabinets. The furnishings are tasteful and of the highest quality and offer a rich mix of woods and soothing colors.
The villa is comprised of three lavish pavilions connected by covered walkways and porches and surrounded by lush gardens, the pool, gazebo, beaches and private docks.
The main villa features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living/conference room and the master suite. The master suite villa is made up of a spacious bedroom and master bath all offering island views. The two storey guest villa features a living room, another master suite and two bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the surrounding islands.
Tilloo Cay has three small private beaches- and a larger beach is found 5-10 minutes boat ride south of the cay.
