The estate is truly a one-of-a-kind environment. Tranquil Seas has been meticulously maintained and restored to its original period style, and is now available for short term rental use.

Designed as a luxury tropical retreat by the Paleys, the inner garden pool courtyard features the loggia - a covered outdoor seating area with bamboo and Polynesian furnishings. Through a wall of elegant French doors, the grand living room opens to tropical breezes and is filled with art collected by the Paleys throughout their world travels. It is the perfect setting for both formal dinners and casual cocktail parties. Another favorite gathering spot is the covered veranda overlooking the tranquil waters of the Caribbean.

Flexible sleeping accommodations can fit groups of up to 10 individuals*. Four spacious master bedroom suites, each decorated in a unique architectural style, featuring queen-sized beds, writing desks and ample closet space, are augmented by two smaller single sleeping rooms, each with its own private bath.

A highlight of your stay at Tranquil Seas will be the enjoyment of a host of exquisite menu selections. Every meal is prepared on-site by the executive chef, and can be served to you and your group in a variety of formal or informal settings.

With a love of food and fine cuisine, the Paleys created many specialty dishes for the elegant parties and social gatherings they hosted here. These specialties continue to be part of the culinary tradition at the estate.
