Main House: Entrance - from large living room one enjoys fantastic view of both the ocean and Clifton Bay which extends out to covered porch on both sides which is suitable for outdoor dining depending on the time of day and weather. Interiors include a dining room, kitchen, pantry, utility room and staff quarters. A master bedroom with view of ocean, his/her baths and two (2) guest bedrooms and baths complete the main house. Pool guest cottage: Two (2) bedrooms, two (2) baths. Garden (self-contained) guest cottage: Three (3) bedrooms and three (3) baths, kitchenette. There is also a Gate House with two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Staff of seven (7): Chef, three (3) maids, butler and two (2) gardeners. Use of golf cart and brand new Explorer SUV and an 18ft Boston Whaler.
